If you'd like to help out the Walerius family while Andy (9th grader at PLHS) is in the hospital, please join us as we prepare and plant their garden this season. A number of hard workers (any age) are needed to make this a fun and successful day. We will spend one Saturday morning/afternoon tilling, raking, planting and watering.
CANOE TRIP We’re making plans for a St. Croix river canoe trip in July and we need to see how many scouts and adults want to go. This will be treated as a high adventure trip because it’s on the wilder portion of the river above Taylors Falls with minimal boat traffic. Sorry for the long read, but I want to give you enough details to make informed decisions. Using the 5 W’s your English teacher taught you:

A big THANK YOU to every one who helped this past week with Scouting for Food. We don't know how much was collected yet, but a lot of doors were knocked on and tons of food collected. Prince of Peace is sorting it all out, and will be distributing it to local families for weeks to come. I feel this is one of our more noble annual events, plus it helps our sponsor church with their mission. You've done your work, now let's go camping next weekend and have some fun! Sincerest thanks, Mark Fuller
